KOROS GROUP AB built the KORE by KOROS app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by KOROS GROUP AB at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Collection and Use of Health and Activity Data
Subject to your prior express consent, the Service may access and collect the following health and activity data from your mobile device (”Health Data”):
Health Data is collected through your device’s native health services, such as Google Fit or Apple HealthKit. We do not collect Health Data without your explicit permission.
We may introduce additional Health Data categories in the future, such as detailed sleep metrics. Any expansion in the scope of Health Data collected will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy prior to collection.
Health Data is processed exclusively to automatically populate activity and sleep-related fields within the application, reducing the need for manual data entry, and to enhance the functionality and personalization of the Service based on your activity and sleep patterns. Health Data is not used for any purpose beyond the core functionality of the Service.
Health Data shall not be sold, licensed, or otherwise transferred to third parties for monetary or other consideration. Health Data shall not be used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or behavioral targeting.
We may disclose Health Data to third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary for the operation, maintenance, or improvement of the Service. Such providers are contractually obligated to process Health Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We may also disclose Health Data where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or enforceable governmental request.
You may withdraw your consent for the collection of Health Data at any time by modifying the relevant permissions in your device settings or by disabling health data access within the application. Upon withdrawal of consent, we shall cease the collection of new Health Data.
Health Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your Health Data, contact us at team@koros.io. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Health Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
